Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

How to Return

Contact our support team via email at info@tclkenyashop.com or call 0716 001 000 to initiate a return. We will guide you on how to send the product back.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (M-PESA Paybill 247247, Account: 239210) or as agreed with the customer.

Conditions

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Damaged or missing items must be reported immediately.
• Custom or personalized orders may not be refundable.
• Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective.
